The decor in my twin room was tastefully done with traditional Japanese elements. The host's English skills were really good, providing recommendations, made exploring the area simple. The views from the room were amazing. I also enjoyed a lovely breakfast spread that included local treats, which elevated my experience.

Charming Stay in Koyasan
Our family enjoyed two nights in a Twin Room with a fine view. The onsite restaurant offered delicious local dishes. Although the toilets are in the basement, the walk was manageable, even with kids. Bring comfy shoes for navigating the stairs!

Oh wow, the Pork Belly at Nampodo Hompo was to die for-melt-in-your-mouth goodness! Plus, the cozy vibe of Hachi Hachi and the warm hospitality from Nori the owner made my solo adventure lovely. Great breakfast spread too!
The signage could definitely use a glow-up-almost joined the wrong party! And though the location's chill vibe is appealing, it can be a trek to the best eats for folks who want it delivered to their doorstep. Still, totally worth it if you're up for a stroll!
